NW Bond (one year) - early closure allowed?

hi all, just need your help. i know that the nationwide e-bond (one year) can be closed early subject to an access charge as detailed here:

Can someone please tell me whether this also applies to an ordinary NW fixed-rate bond (one year also) (in other words, a non e-bond). I can't seem to find my terms and conditions. Thanks all, as always:)

There are still early redemption conditions, the current terms are in the leaflet:
