does anyone know if the offer includes the M&S simply food stores - the types you see in stations?0

The offer is available in our local store, Edgware in Middx.0

Put it throught in 7 seperate transactions and it shouldbe fine
althought £70 for 7 dinners (albeit for 2) seems rather expensive, there's still breakfast, lunch and snacks
I will keep the wine for Christmas, a bit like a savings plan, £70 is expensive but to be honest with the food prices going up the way they are it is not a bad deal considering I would get the wine. On a slightly different note, does anyone think Britain will actually stand up and shout about the ever increasing cost of living, what with the food prices going through the roof, my shopping bill is 20% higher than it was in January 08 (buying all the same stuff) and I have just driven past a garage where diesel was £1.31 per litre !! how we are supposed to live is beyond me.0 -
I know exactly what you mean Daisymac.
I put £50 of petrol in my car a week - and that is just to go to and from work ( no I cannot get a bus there) plus ferry kids around ( also unable to use buses)
Plus, I was one of those who has been stung by the 10p tax rate disappearing, so although I am on the bread line ( if I could afford bread) I actually get taxed more !!
I only survive thanks to this site - grabbing bargains when I can, buying sell by date food, and using coupons ruthlessly to be able to afford to eat.
I cannot afford to buy a newspaper or magazine unless it ends up saving me money - coupons and or freebies.
I may take a look at this offer as I can put the wine away for a special occasion, and treat myself and kids to some lovely m&S food - esp as I get vouchers from M&S,and often get extra points for buying food and wine - so maybe with this offer I can get double points0 -
sounds like a winner to me will keep the wine for a bday presssie though as i dont drink!!!0

It is really difficult at the moment, we have to count every penny, something will have to be done as I really dont know anyone who isnt feeling a serious pinch at the moment.
Back on subject, I have just phoned my local M&S (Amersham) and they still have all the parts of the meal deal, they also said you could buy as many as you liked but you had to put them through as seperate transactions. Think I may treat us to some nice food for once and keep the wine for christmas or birthday presents or when it all becomes just too expensive that we are forced to live of bread and wine0
