Sorry, I missed out a word! I put 'would not allow' originally and then deleted it as a double negative! I think I need some sleep! x

Still can't phrase it properly - going to sleep for a while and I'll change it later. But I meant the opposite of what I said! ;) x

Sorry did not mean to be picky. Also thought I might have read it wrong.

So was happy to be proved wrong. I normally am :rotfl:

No problem, and I still can't get my words right!

I suppose what I mean is:

    * Rental after expenses = income
    * Equity in property which is not main residence = capital

(Things are getting bad when I can't form sentences! ;) )
    Gone ... or have I?
  • * Rental after expenses = income
    * Equity in property which is not main residence = capital

That's my problem !! Rental less expenses approx MINUS £300/month.
Negative income and still have to pay for my own home (about £600/month)and eat occasionally!!
Maybe if I could find someone to put me into negative equity......(G Brown Esq.?) Then no capital.
Does anyone know if anything will change when I turn 60 next year?

    Thanks Skintcarer
