                    Hi all
I'm thinking of selling my house. Had the traditional estate agents around but the commision is wincingly expensive and I'm not in a mega rush to move.
Have seen a few local properties up with "Move and Save" (http://www.moveandsave.co.uk) who charge a fixed rate yet still advertise in the main sites like Rightmove etc.
So before I try to do this all on the cheap, has anyone got any good/bad experiences with them?
Thanks

OK, so doesn't seem like many people have used this firm. What about Internet based estate agents in general? Has anyone got any good/bad experiences to share?
Thanks0 -
I think in a rising market, going alone is a great way to save some money. In a falling market you need all the help you can get and the 1.5% for the EA could prove money well spent if they get a buyer for you.Keep the right company because life's a limited business.0

Call me cynical but looking at the price you pay I really don't know how they can offer what they say they can. £233.83 would not cover their cost unless it is a school kid operating from his/her bedroom and trying to earn extra pocket money. Once they bank your cheque do you really think they will have any incentive to work hard for you.A retired senior partner, in own agency, with 40 years experience in property sales & new build.
