Anyone recommend Move and Save?

Hi all

I'm thinking of selling my house. Had the traditional estate agents around but the commision is wincingly expensive and I'm not in a mega rush to move.

Have seen a few local properties up with "Move and Save" (http://www.moveandsave.co.uk) who charge a fixed rate yet still advertise in the main sites like Rightmove etc.

So before I try to do this all on the cheap, has anyone got any good/bad experiences with them?

OK, so doesn't seem like many people have used this firm. What about Internet based estate agents in general? Has anyone got any good/bad experiences to share?

I think in a rising market, going alone is a great way to save some money. In a falling market you need all the help you can get and the 1.5% for the EA could prove money well spent if they get a buyer for you.

Call me cynical but looking at the price you pay I really don't know how they can offer what they say they can. £233.83 would not cover their cost unless it is a school kid operating from his/her bedroom and trying to earn extra pocket money. Once they bank your cheque do you really think they will have any incentive to work hard for you.
