Sincerely hope not as Co proxamol is not licensed to be sold OTC and can only be prescribed on a "named patient" basis

  • I need to have a flu injection prior to going on a cruise in November, my doctors surgery has suggested that as i'm not in a 'need' category I would have to pay private prescription charge. does anyone know how much these cost??

I haven't been in a long time, but I'm sure our GP practice has a list of charges on the wall for all the 'private' stuff (vaccinations, signing passports, doctor's letter, prescriptions, completing BUPA forms etc.). With all the extra cash they get that way, they don't need to break in to their £100,000 NHS salary do they?
