Finarea/Betamax Free SMS?

I signed up with www.poivy.com on the basis that they provide free SMS to every country (except Spain & Turkey).

There is a clause that allows them to charge for SMS 'at the standard rate' after a certain number of SMS are sent but they do not say how many SMS that equates too!

In 10 days I have sent just 10 SMS. The first four were free but the next six were charged for! 0.03 Euros for each SMS to Russia and 0.04 Euros for each SMS to the UK.

I would hardly describe that as free and, if they have a Fair Usage Policy, they should state in unequivocal terms what that policy is.

I also have an account with SMS Discount (another Fianrea/Betamax offering) - it has started charging for calls to Russia because I have exceeded their Fair Usage Policy (which they claim to be 300 minutes per week). I have not exceeded this and all my other calls to UK are still free! Me thinks they have other Fair Policy Terms they do not tell us about!
