Eurostar from St Pancras

I am going to Paris from 4th-6th July to visit a friend. I am staying with her so my only worry is how to get there.
I would like to fly but the Eurostar station is closer to where she lives. However the only offers I have seen for the Eurostar leave from Ashford or Ebbsfleet, and I am in London.
Does anyone know of any good deals from London St Pancras to Paris? If not should I book now and fork out for the £69.50 each way or are later deals likely to pop up?
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

It might be too late for this trip but Tesco clubcard points can be used to purchase Eurotunnel travel:
http://www.tesco.com/clubcard/deals/product.aspx?R=148&bci=4294967191|Travel
Even if you don't have the tesco points you can buy them on Ebay for about twice their face value so you'd still get half price travel (the points are worth 4 times the face value for Eurotunnel deal).
Tesco website says to allow 14 days for the tokens to arrive - in my experience they arrive in about 3 working days. Some days you're the dog..... most days you're the tree!0 -
If you collect Netar points, you can use those to get Eurostar tickets. Other things to do is to go on the Eurostar website pretending to be from another country (eg. Spain) as they prices are lower. Also, look at the really early trains as they are £29.50 one way.If you found my comment helpful, please click the 'Thanks' button below :T0

The OP asked about EuroStar not Tunnel, I don't think EuroStar are accepting Tesco vouchers yet are they?0 -
