I today used USwitch to switch my gas and electricity but contrary to what is stated on this site, the terms on the £40 Virgin Wines voucher states that I will need to pay £39.99 plus the postage of packing.... so not a free case of wine then!!!??? I have emailed USwitch but not had any response yet. Has anyone else had the same problem?

I used u switch in Dec 2007 to change my gas and electricty suppliers. I have still not received my case of wine and have emailed u switch for the 2nd time tonight!!

uSwitch has always been and always will be uScam to me, I refuse to use a company know to scam in the past, there are other comparison sites available - all listed at the top of the page.

I finally got my email today to say my free wine could be applied for.
I switched dual fuel via uswitch back in February so it's taken a good while and a number of emails to get it sorted, they claim that E-ON hadn't got around to confirming my switch was now active.

Anyway it IS entirely free and you have to go to this webpage:
www.virginwines.com/uswitch
which gives details of what's in the case. £60 + £5.99 delivery is listed.
CC info has to be input to "confirm age" evidently, and the email includes a two unique codes to input at the checkout, which then wipes out the cost.
So I'm now awaiting delivery.
