If anyone has to go to court over a Charging Order, please do not be scared. We where worried for months and it was absolutely fine, glad we went. Please Please attend the hearing it could work in your favour, as you are showing the judge you are taking it serious.
The judge ruled in our favour, he ruled against NR and we are to keep to our DMP payments.:j
Round two - Next week with Nationwide , at least we know what to expect. If it ends with a CO then so be it we will deal with it.

That's fantastic news, well done!! :T :j
I'm so pleased for you and hope I get a sympathetic judge when my turn comes.0 -
BTW - what did the judge say? Were you legally represented? I now have visions of NR skulking out of the court room with their tale between their legs - fantastic!0

Hi L,
The judge was fine, he wasen't very happy to find NR had'nt even bother to turn up . As it was them that was taking us to court for the CO in the first place.
They asked if we had legal representation we said NO , and did it ourselves.
