york fitness complaint

I was after some advice if anyone would be kind enough to reply.

I ordered some goods from york fitness in March. On 18 March they took the money out of my account. Since then i have phoned up 6 times to inform them i have not received the goods. On friday i emailed them to tell them i want my money back. I didn't receive a reply so sent them another email again telling them i want my money back. At last somebody replied telling me they will look into it. I have heard nothing back since and have emailed them again without getting a reply.
What can i do? All i want now is my money back but i am getting no help.
Any advice much appreciated...........

  • Amazingly about an hour after posting the above i got a phone call telling me my money will be refunded.
    Maybe they read martins website :O)
