If you are approached by these people who are based in Bournemouth and who use the Brand Name TALK bear in mind they are nothing to do with CPW Talk Talk,and looking at their tariffs their a lot of cheaper alternatives around.they charge a admin fee of £1 a month to belong,a 3p a call routing charge and Customer Services is on an 0870 number.
