Terms & Conditions

1. Prize draws are open to all readers aged 18 and over, except employees and the immediate families of Lakeside Shopping Centre and its retailers, Seven Squared, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with these prize draws.
2. The closing date for the receipt of entries for all giveaways is 6 June 2008. The holiday must be taken between 21 June to 2 July, 9 July to 30 July, or 27 August to 3 September.
3. Only one entry per person, per draw. No third-party or bulk entries.
4. Responsibility cannot be accepted for incomplete, delayed, wrongly delivered or damaged entries or those not received for whatever reason. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
5. Prizes must be accepted as offered. No cash alternative for the prizes will be offered and the prizes are not transferable.
6. Values of the prizes are correct at time of going to press.
7. Winners will be notified by post within 28 days of closing date. If the prize(s) has not been claimed within three months of the closing date a redraw will take place.
8. Winners will be the first entrants drawn at random by an independent person after the closing date.
9. Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
11. The promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.
12. Winners’ names and counties are available 28 days after closing date. Send an SAE marked ‘Results’ to Capital Shopping Centres, Seven Squared, Sea Containers House, 20 Upper Ground, London SE1 9PD.
13. The winners may be required to take part in publicity resulting from these prize draws.
