House viewing advice.

Hi,

I'm going to view a property this evening and was wondering if anyone had any advice for what sort of things I should be looking out for (besides whether I like it etc) and if there is anything particular I should be asking the agents?

Cheers

    1) Why are they selling
    2) Is it currently rented
    3) Are there any ongoing neigbourly disputes
    4) Anything wrong with the house (if they know something, legally they have to tell you)
    5) What are the ground rent / services charges (generally only applicable if its a flat)
    6) What are their water / gas / electric / council tax rates
    7) Do they have any pets
    8) When did they move in

Thats a few for staters - I'm sure others will chime in with some more :)

    Thanks for that.

I already know that the property is empty as it is a forced sale due to a business loan being secured on the property and then defaulted upon. I also know how much the bank needs to cover the debt but won;t let on to the Agent that I am aware of this.
