Hello folks - recently (during the past 2/3 weeks I think) somebody posted a Yoghurt Cake recipe when another poster asked how to use up some yoghurt that was in danger of 'going off' or having to be thrown out.
I have searched but not having any luck with it. Can anybody point me in the right direction please?
I bet it's sitting there staring me in the face somewhere - and laughing at me!

Many thanks, ladies
! You both sent me to the same recipe - pair of mind readers :T.
Is in the oven as I type :j :j :j . If my kids 'get the sniff' there'll be a trail of dust from their homes to mine before it's out of the oven  .0 -
Hello - this is my first post and I could do with your help. My daughter and I are just about to attempt a yoghurt cake but we only have olive oil or margarine - could either be substituted for the vegetable oil mentioned in the recipe. I have been a lurker for a little while and am so chuffed I am getting to grips with money saving!
Apparently its quite trendy too which is a first for me!!
Hope you can help.:question:Joined Olympic Challenge January 1st 2010 £10,000

i reckon olive oil would be fine if slightly expensive. or you could melt the marge and use that.
enjoy it.0 -
I wouldn't use the olive oil - it would be likely to add a taste to the cake.
I'd just add the softened marg
I'll add this to the main chocolate yogurt cake thread later.
