Hi Everyone I just want to say a big thankyou to the poster who provided ben verwaayens' e-mail address. After complaining for 6 months about a ridiculous direct debit amount he is finally going to do something for me. Thanks again shrewdal

Thanks to all who said about contacting ben verwaayen via email to sort out unresolved issues.

Having been constantly onto their call centres for the last six months trying unsuccessfully to get an internet charge off my phone bill (for a service I changed last year!) this email address seemed to do the trick. I had two calls within 24hrs to say it would be resolved immediately.

Thanks again. It's just a pity that the call centre isn't staffed by cloned Bens!
