I got a email asking me to participate in their customer satisfaction survey...
'Tell us what you think of UK Online'
Words fail me
I won't go into my long list of negative experiences with them as I'm sure you've all heard very similar things before. I've filled out these surveys before with them - to no avail - so have instead sent an email to their customer services, as below :
Thank You for your query
Unfortunately I have a lot of people emailing me at the moment so your request has been placed in a queue and will be dealt with as soon as possible. Realistically in about 3 weeks or so.
Alternatively, if you wish to phone I will assure you that I will answer your call but you will have to wait up to two hours, listening to the same music and paying for the privilege

Maybe they will get the message if all us disgruntled kept - waiting uk online subscribers sent them something along these lines when we get these 'surveys' from them.
Or maybe the thought of that is just making me feel better...
I'm not exaggerating about the 2 hours either...

Nice one ! But, sadly, I'm sure all it will raise is a smirk on the face of the face of the person who delete's it two seconds after reading it. Why not find the home addresses of the directors and send them copies?Light blue touchpaper and stand well back !0
