Please help - how do I replace a shower spray head holder?

I feel so silly! I've recently moved into a new house, which has a shower room (luxury!) but the shower head was a bit manky and the spray head holder itself is held together with black duct tape (and doesn't work very well). It's a mira response. I've managed to get both a new head, which I just screwed on, and a new spray head holder. But I've got no idea how to remove the riser rail thingy in order to pop it on! It's so frustrating! I don't want to break anything... so can anyone help?
Many thanks if you can!

Just looked at my rail :j
has two concealed screws, one top and one bottom!
I have to prise off a small 'flap' top/bottom
they were firm. But managed with only my hands0 -
Thanks Wallbash! I've just managed to do it - you were right - i had to slide off a sort of cover to the bottom 'holder of the slide rail to the wall' and then unscrew it from the wall! It's almost like a brand new shower! whoop! :T
