OK since there is still no movement on this one, I've sent an email & mentioned about nowhere to enter it & also no closing date completed in the T & C (point 2).
I'm starting to think this comp was maybe published too soon & isn't meant to be shown on public side yet...?
Will yet you all know if I get a reply & fingers crossed I'm luckier than sandstormer on 21/5 & they actually do something this time
