Have you tried the Yellow Pages for places to stay in Bedford? There are plenty of little hotels to stay in, probably much cheaper . Try
De Parys Guest House, 01234 352445
Elms Guest House, 01234 353844
Bedford Park Guest House, 01234 215100 (https://www.bedfordparkhouse.co.uk)0 -
I live in Bedford, woop! I would rent you my room... but... lol.
I think everyones pretty much found you all the hotels, but Travelodge are usually cheaper for Bedford you just have to book earlier, so next time try and book earlier if you can0 -
Hadn't finished!
You could also try B&Bs:
Shakespeare Hotel., 01234 213147
The Embankment Hotel, 01234 261332
Travelodge, Saturn Heights, 0878 085 0950
Victoria Guest House, 01234 359219
The nicest ones near the park are the ones in the last post I made. HTH0
