Well lot 148 had a guide price of 85-110 and went UNSOLD for 88k. 2-beds here start at around 120k.
Edit: Was last sold for 113k in 2004.0 -
Lot 78a went unsold - final bid was £49.5k, available at £50k!
If that was a genuine £49.5k bid, then it was from someone who's never been within 100 miles of colne. And hasn't read the catalogue entry, let alone the legal pack.0 -

Yikes! Sold for £98,000 at the auction - was bought for £194,000 back in 2005! :eek:

Unsold at auction, highest bid was £92,500. Last sold for £211,250 back in 2005.Another one, lot 183 in the same block.
