Hirehelp.co.uk and carcrash.co.uk

My car has had an accident where the other party is to blame. I've come across these 2 companies - https://www.helphire.co.uk and https://www.carcrash.co.uk who advertise themselves as being able to take the hassle out of dealing with non fault claims.

Their selling points seem to be that they give you a courtesy car whilst yours is in for repair and that you don't have to pay the excess on your insurance.

They make their money out of the other party's insurance.

Anyone tried either of these companies?
