LLoyds doesn't show a gross figure on interest payments (for tax payers), only the NET figure is available, but the standard tax deduction is 20%.

    Multiply by 100/80 or 1.25

    £504 x 1.25 = £630

Have I been shafted out of some interest?
I seem to have been paid a fair bit less than others, even though I have maximised this thing in every way possible.

    25/05/2006 - £500 (initial deposit)
30/05/2006 - £250 (first reg saver, within 05 month and week of opening)
06/06/2006 - £250 (2nd month deposit, bringing total to 1k within a few weeks of opening).
    06/07
05/08 etc.... (all payments monthly until maturity on the 4th/5th or 6th of each month).
I missed no months and made no withdrawals.

In first year, I got £144.88 interest (NET) paid on 23/05/2007.

In the 2nd year though, I only got £347.79 (NET) paid on 23/05/2008.

Is £347 an OK figure? I see the likes of £400-£500 being mentioned by others, but I'm not sure if this is a total over 2 years? Either way, I have pretty much done the most I could with this so am not sure £347 is right.
    Can someone confirm? Thanks.

    SC.

EDIT: Using the reg saver calculator excel file I once got from these forums, it says I should have been paid something closer to £590 in year 2. Even with tax taken off, thats still way off my £347.

£347 is around about the amount I've calculated for my own account in the second year (yet to be paid).

The £504 figure above was the total for 2 years.

    (£144.88+£347.79)*1.25=£615.84

I am disconcerted to log on today to find that no interest has been added to my account. Opened 1 June 06 and the first year's interest was added on 1 June 07. Today it's 2 June and NOTHING. Where is it I ask myself?
