GreasyPalm - Now impossible to chase-up missing cashback??

Options
I've just tried to submit tickets for two missing cashback payments on GreasyPalm.

They've changed their system in the last few days it would seem, as you don't seem to get the opportunity to submit a message.

However, it looks like they've made it IMPOSSIBLE to submit queries about missing cashback.

Example:

A transaction for £xxx.00 on nth January

If I try and submit a query, I get the automatic instant response:

Sorry

This transaction is more than 3 months old and as a company we do not receive any commission payments from retailers where the transaction occurred more than 3 months ago.

We are sorry to disappoint you on this occasion.

A transcation dated nth April 2008:

Sorry

It can take up to 120 days for retailers to validate transactions, for this reason you can not submit a ticket for pending transactions until 120 days from the transaction date. If it has still not been validated you must submit a ticket within 180 days of the transaction date to allow us to look into this. We can not accept claims outside of these timeframes.

So,

if you try to submit a ticket MORE THAN 3 months after the transaction date, they won't let you.

if you try to submit a ticket LESS THAN 120 days after the transaction date, they won't let you.

THEREFORE, THEY HAVE NOW MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO SUBMIT A QUERY TICKET!!!!

Not only do they generally have the worst % cashback, but now they won't even let you query missing payments!!!!

Don't post things that'll enable GP to link this to your GP account - they'll just delete your account!

It's happened many times before and it might happen to you!

Virtually nothing in my GreasyPalm account now. I've given up clicking through them as they are rubbish. GreasyPalm are only in it for themselves. They don't care about the people FUND THEIR BUSINESS.

They need to increase their payouts by reducing their excessively high cream-off.

Are both tickets for the same problem? From their responses, it sounds like your first ticket is for something that hasn't tracked, whereas the second is for something that has tracked but hasn't validated yet. If it's different types of claims then there can be different timescales.
