Worchester 350 and extra radiators problem

We have just had an extension and added a 3 extra radiators. Our boiler is a Worchester 350 (about 15 years old) and plumbers have said that with its large capacity, adding radiators would not be a problem.
However, the boiler pressure keeps dropping; we have had to adjust the boiler pressure manually over the past week to get hot water on a couple of occasions.
Do you think our boiler is not up to the extra radiators, or do you think the plumber needs to do something to sort out the problem?
Any advice appreciated!

If the pressure is dropping, you have a minor leak, most likely on the extra rads. Nothing to do with the boiler, it should cope well with the extra rads.0
