The site I mentioned in my earlier post is a must for people like us. It explains exactly what criteria you have to meet to get the benefit. The fact that you can do things does not matter what counts is that it causes you severe discomfort to do so. The document on the site for putting in an initial claim takes you through each and every question and explains exactly how to put your problems across and what wording to use. I can't urge you enough to visit the site. Having been through your problems myself I know I would not have succeeded in my appeal without this site. I only wish I had found it before I put my initial claim in, would have saved myself all the stress of going through an appeal.
