Thinking about getting a wireless laptop, nothing special just something to surf the net on without having to get a great big PC....
Anyway my question is... can you setup a wireless laptop without a PC.
Currently I have no broadband connection and know I will need one but can that be setup via the wireless laptop... if you get what I mean.
Maybe a simple question but all this new Tech... does my head in at times.

yes...you need a wireless router/modem, it's self powered via the mains
you may need to plug the modem into the laptop direct to do the initial setup but after that you can surf from where you like
