Terms and conditions for Ryvita Bikini Challenge competition

1. This competition will be governed by these terms and conditions and entrants agree that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and will be bound by them.
2. Entrants may enter the competition by answering the question outlined on the competition page online at url: www.ryvita-bikini.co.uk. Costs to enter the competition via the Internet may vary so please check with your network operator for current charges. Entrants should seek the permission of the person paying the bill before entering.
3. The closing date for entries is August 22nd 2008.
4. This competition is open to residents of the UK, over the age of 18 only, excluding employees and immediate relatives of employees of The Ryvita Company Limited or of their respective parents, subsidiaries or affiliated companies or any other person professionally connected with this competition.
5. One (1) entry per person, which must include name, address, (including postcode), telephone number of entrant and answer to the question.
6. Ryvita, in its absolute discretion, will select the winning entries at random from all eligible entries received.
7. The winners will be selected on September 1st 2008. One (1) prize per winner will be drawn by an independent adjudicator and once that winner is selected, they will be withdrawn from the remainder of the draw.
8. The prizes are as follows:
   • 5 first prizes: one Nikon Coolpix S210 (in black finish).
   • 10 second prizes: one Ryvita Bikini Fit Challenge Beach kit – including beach bag, a pack of Ryvita Crispbread, and vouchers to spend at SwimHut.
   • 20 runner-up prizes: one £30 voucher to spend at SwimHut.
9. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not consist of anything other than expressly set out in paragraph 8 above and no additional costs are included. No cash alternative is available.
10. The winners will be notified by email on or after 1st of September 2008 . The winner shall receive the prize within 28 days of notification.
11. In the event that the promoter cannot for any reason contact any prize winner by 15th of September 2008, the promoter reserves the right to draw another winner in direct replacement and will not be required to carry the entire draw again.
12. The promoter's decision is final with respect to any aspect of the competition, including the determination of the winners of a prize. No correspondence will be entered into.
13. The promoter reserves the right to select an alternative prize winner in the event that the promoter has reasonable grounds for believing that a selected winner has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions.
14. The winner may be required to provide a written acknowledgement of acceptance of all terms and conditions of the competition along with signature prior to receiving their prize.
15. The promoter can accept no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged or undelivered. Incomplete and/or illegible entries will be disqualified. The promoter shall not be responsible for technical errors in telecommunications networks, Internet access or otherwise preventing entry to any competition.
16. The prizes are as stated and are non-transferable. If due to circumstances beyond the promoter's control the promoter is unable to provide the stated prize, the promoter reserves the right to award a substitute prize of equal value. All prizes are subject to the additional terms and conditions of the manufacturer or supplier.
17. No purchase necessary.
18. The details of the winner can be obtained by sending a stamped, self- addressed envelope to The Bikini Fit Challenge Competition Winners, The Ryvita Company Limited. Old Wareham Road, Poole, Dorset, BH12 4QW. The final list will be available from 22nd September 2008.
19. Any personal information, including without limitation, the entrant's name, address (including postcode), telephone number and/or email address will be used solely in connection with this competition and as set out in these Terms and Conditions and will not be disclosed to any third party, except for the purpose of fulfilling the prize(s) where applicable. Any personal information held by the promoter in respect of any competition will be held on record for a short period for the purpose of ensuring fulfillment of the competition.
20. Personal details for those entrants who've consented to further communications will be used in confidence by the Ryvita Company Limited and not passed to any third-parties.
21. All entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which may be amended or varied at any time by the promoter on notice.
22. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising there from.
