Littlewoods Direct APR increase WARNING

Sorry if this is posted in the wrong place, please feel free to request it to be moved to where it will be read by the majority.
I work for Littlewoods, and staff have been given a briefing to advise us that customers APR rate is increasing from typical 19.9% to 39.7% if their balance falls below £1,000. This will be effective from 28 JUNE 2008.
I post the full briefing if asked & it's of use to anyone out there.
Best advise from us staff is pay up or move your debt elsewhere before June.

And I had a conversation with my cousin about them last night. She has just been given an flat and when we asked how she would afford furniture and stuff, she said she would just stick in on her Littlewoods account!!!
