Antler Luggage

Bought a new Antler luggage case last year in March which came with a 7 year guarantee. Apart from a couple of trips to Spain it endured a Far East trip in November. Noticed on our return that the small padlock connector was broken and would not accept the padlock, which meant that it could not be locked. Also there were a couple of small areas which showed signs of fraying at the edges.
Took it back to the Antler Outlet shop in Manchester today and half expected them to say that the problems with the case were not covered by the terms of the guarantee. I would have been happy to leave the case for them to repair it. But NO - without any questions and with a full apology they replaced the case. Hows that for service!! OK so they are not the cheapest but credit where its due thats the best service I have had from any company in a long time. Well done Antler on your service and staff.
PS Before anyone asks I have no connection with Antler nor stand to gain any financial benefit from this posting, it is just that I read so many complaints it is good to say some thing nice for a change,

I have a 6 piece Antler set, it's fabulous. In the beginning the buckle on the daypack would get stuck, and they replaced mine with a brand new one too.
The set has lasted me over 10 years and probably some 50+ trips now, it may look a bit dated but it still does the job brilliantly!
