Problem registering with 18899

Since I read the article about 1899 being cheaper than 18866 for Moble calls I have tried to register with 1899 numerous times, but each time I get a message saying that they are oversubscribed, try again in six weeks. I have never been able to register. Have others had the same problem? Or is there a good time of the day to try and register?

This is a common problem,and has been raised on this site numerous times.

The way round it is, first of all is register a mobile number.If you havent got one make a number up.They should then accept your registration.When they have done so go back ,and add your geographic 01/02 number,and remove the mobile number if its not yours.

PS.Keep the tariff announcement turned on it warns you of any tariff changes!!!
