i have been reading this thread and im wondering if you can help me, ive just received country court papers for a catalogue debt from 2 or 3 years ago, where i stopped paying when i lost my job, they do not have a signed credit agreement as i never signed one, can i use the templates you have put on this thread, or is there anything else i should do, i had not heard from the company for 2 years and now this company who state they are assignnes of the original company have raised court papers

have you cca'd them?
if so, you can send the cpr request to the asignees address.

if not, send cca request to catalogue and then cpr

also, have you acknowledged the claim?
