Hi,
Don't know where abouts you are in the country but an average cost at present is between £18 to £30 per hour. It all goes down to the size of the company and there overheads. If the work is in a domestic dwelling, try looking on www.partp.co.uk for a local registered electrician, most supply quotes free of charge. But don't just get one quote get at least 3 - and listen to there advice - some electricians don't like to work around swimming pools because of the extra risk of customers existing goods failing due to incorrect IP ratings. If your unsure or need any other advice you can pm me through private messages and i will contact you back.
Best of luck0
