Well sorry for trying to reclaim what to me is a lot of money

£70 is a lot of money, but £370 for an inanimate lump of clay is not?

You need to spend more time on MSE ...

    Tell me it's not this? :T :T :T
    Gone ... or have I?

Term 16 of the t&c's gives you 30 days to return any item as long as it's in perfect condition and that you pay for its return, for a full refund.

    15% re-stocking fee if opened, point 17.

So its approx £55 re-stocking fee plus postage which leaves you around about where you are now.

I dont think you will get a refund.

i guess i'll just have to leave it, thanks for the help though, after re-shipping and restocking, it would negate any saving made.

Thanks for everyone's help on this, i do appreciate it :)

will have to hang around here more to make the money back *lol*
