We did a part-ex with Bellway. The house they bought off us sold after being on the market for ONE WEEK. It was listed on rightmove for £112,500 which is about right for other ones which have sold. Now I have no idea what the buyer actually paid for it. Can I find out?
The estate agents selling told us it was purchased by a financial advisor in Nottingham wanting to rent it out
not sure if I believe that but it's sold anyway.

The only way I know of finding out takes a while, you have to wait until the land registry register it and then you can go to sites i.e. up my street which will when you put the postcode in tell you prices of properties that have recently been sold
Hope that helps

Check the land registry site, they should have the selling price within the next month.
I love this part exchange idea of the property companies. They know that newbuild prices will fall faster and banks have reduced what they will lend on them so they simply exchange for a sturdier asset.:exclamatiScams - Shared Equity, Shared Ownership, Newbuy, Firstbuy and Help to Buy.
