Is it easy to refill Vallaint Combi?

Hello, I have just had heating serviced and today the radiators needed bleeding. I have just done this but the pressure gauge on front panel of boiler has dropped to zero. Is there a straightforward way of refilling system? I have zero experience in this. Thanks in advance.

There should be a little tap type at the end of a flexi loop pipe. If you turn this, it will fill the system, then you switch off once the required bar is showing.
The link should be at the bottom of the boiler - pipe to tap - tap to flexi hose pipe - flexi pipe top mains water0 -
hiya, have you got the manf' instructions, if so, you will find a section in there on how to fill your combi back up, if not please post the model number as requested and we(the plumbers) will find out for you...0

Wow! I found the little tap! Its working again! Thanks ever so much for prompt replies. Am now wondering if there is a fault or if the repair didn't check radiators before he left.? I will now try and find the instruction book, I can't bear the thought of paying out even more money.0 -
Hi,
This should help-topping up a combi
I went to a combi last week that had no filling loop! so if you don't have one you may have to install one or fill the radiators with a piece of hosepipe conected to the cold water tap and the draincock on the radiator, this is technically against water regulations so a filling loop is the best option!0 -
my Vallaint has a little key that fits in a slot underneath the boiler, the filling loop is built in , think it's near the right hand side if i remember correctlyEx forum ambassador
