Is either of the sellers a business. You could pay for both and return one, you'd incur postage charges for sending back so it depends what the item is.

You could buy both and resell one.

You could report the one that you won after bids were retracted as a possible shill bidder. especially as they didn't rebid with the amount they intended to bid.
