Tax Credit entitlement ??

Can anyone help...
I currently get dla for my little sister and carers allowance and income support...am i entitled to help with tax credits and if i am do you know at what rate please ??
any advice greatly appreciated x

Is it you or your sister that gets DLA?

It sounds like you get IS and CA. You will not be eligible for Tax Credits, unless you have children, in which case you could apply for Child Tax Credits.

i get paid the dla as my sister is only 16 and still in ft education

OK, even though you receive it, it is still hers - be careful with the terminology when dealing with the DWP and HMRC because it gives you a different entitlement (you may get a premium on your IS if you are in receipt of DLA, but not if you just receive it for somebody else) x
