It's extremely important you keep all your correspondence together.

a) Keep copies of everything you send to a creditor / DCA.

b) Create a folder within my documents so you know where all your correspondence is.

c) Create yourself a spreadsheet, entering the date, time, who called you, who you communicated with etc, etc.

If you follow my advice above, it will assist in keeping everything under control, easier to refer back to, and will take a lot of the stress out of having to remember / look for documents.

thanks for all your advice will keep all correspondence etc. Luckily they cant contact me by phone as i changed my number . I have had the card about 6 years Fermi .
