My Partner lives alone with his 18 yr old son, he has been seperated from sons mother for over 10 years, his current wife moved out of the home last year.
The son is on sickness benefit, can my partner claim 25% discount or anything??

dad needs to claim second adult rebate - a form of council tax benefit which gives a rebate of up to 25% of the council tax charge depending on sons income.
