HIP £300 inc vat
sale fees £350 + vat
Purchase fees £425 + vat
Drainage survey £42.77 inc vat
Land Charges £10
Land reg fees £220
And of course Mr Brown bunce fund (Stamp Duty) :mad: :mad: :mad:

In comparision to the firms I have work at this seems very reasonable. Particularly the HIP, the average I have come across seems to be £300 PLUS VAT.0

Costs are a tiny bit higher than a local one I got a quote from recently.
Did you get several quotes? How were they when you got the quote? Are they easy to get hold of?0
