cashback offers - this may sound a stupid question

but if I switch gas and elec suppliers via uSwitch they claim to give you a £30 cashback insentive.

How is this processed? do they pay you £30 to your bank account or does that £30 come off your as/elec bill once switched?

    Uswitch dont pay £30 cash back?!

    Other sites will pay the cash back direct into your bank account once they recieve confirmation that your switch has gone live.
