Advise needed a bit confused

Today I have received my summary of bank charges from Abbey.

Totals as follows:
Total cleared transaction charges- £210
Total unpaid direct debit charges- £160
Total unpaid cheque charges- £32
Total unpaid standing order charges-£32

I have tried to imput the figures into the interest calculator however on the statement of charges Abbey have broken down the charges by month and year no actual date.
Any advise how I can go about it? Shall I just calculate roughly by using the 1st of the month as a guide?

Look back on any statements you may have that details when one single charge has come out and work it from there.

eg they took that charge on 1st of month then use that. 15th of the month use that.
I all have learnt is from others on many sites.
    Seek legal help if unsure.
Dont pay Private Parking tickets - they are mere invoices.
