I've received mumerous call from the above telephone number over the past three weeks. The recorded message asks for a Mr ........( who I had never heard of ), and then instructs me to 'press any key to continue', which I will not do. I've telephoned the number back, and it is answered immediately, but by a recorded message, asking the caller to 'please hold'. I am unable to find out who the caller is. Does anyone know the origin of the calls, please?

Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0
