Clarification for those in Scotland who won National Trust Passes

Unfortunately we won't be able to use them in Scotland :(

I emailed NTS to ask and they have replied to say

"There is a reciprocal arrangement between the two bodies if you have membership with either body however the discovery pass is different from membership and does not have the same access rights as membership with either body. The National Trust Pass is different from membership and would be a means of entry only into the National Trust properties only in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. It would not cover you for National Trust for Scotland properties."
