Morning all
If you buy something using pay pal and it turns up not as described , ie , damage that wasnt in the description , how long do you give the seller to come back to you once you have let him know the problem ?
Cheers

I'd usually allow a couple of working days and then maybe try again politely. If I didn't hear again within a couple of days I *and* the seller was still buying and selling on ebay then I might be tempted to open a plain dispute on paypal (not a chargeback) just to get their attention. If there was no sign that seller was active on ebay or I had other concerns I might get their contact details and give them a call.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
