Hi there,
i just need a little advise of what to do... i went over drawn 3 months ago and the bank (lloyds) tried charging me £150. The main reason it was that much was because they were charging their own charges (if u understand me). I went into the branch and had a meeting and they deducted £100 off the charges. I am 8 month pregnant and been in hospital for the last few days due to high blood pressure (everything ok now though) and i have recieved a letter saying they are charging me £57 for being overdrawn by 27p !!! Now i was not aware of this and if i was i would of happily put the money in the bank BUT i was in hospital at the time so i personally could not have done it but would have got a friend to do it...
I am wondering if there is anyway out of this charge? i am wanting to buy the rest of the stuff i need for the nursery this weekend and £57 is going to ruin that idea! I also need to get the nursery finished as the babys head has been engaged and midwifes seem to think the baby is due early rather than late.
I am not a person who is alwys overdrawn or anything i just think is damaging my credit file with all the charges...
Thanks for any help in advance !
Jodie
