So happy for you, shame about the hour wait :D

Mine's a cuppa tea 'cos I'm at work. Ta for keeping us informed, please add more as you do it. Tell, was it an anti-climax after so much worry?
Thanks 2Loose. Its a little of an anti climax now with complete tiredness, but I'm guessing its the brain trying to take a rest. Are you yourself any way nearer a decision

Glad it went well for you ProDisc .. does seem like less and less people have to actually see the judge now!
I was shocked. I couldn't believe it when he said the new County Judge only wanted to see the papers and lets hope its a trend set to increase, for the sake of those behind us that have submitted petitions.
Well done I think |I maight have got a little voiciforous if I had sat for an hour only to be told I could have gone earlier so well done for not losing your cool and ending up in contept of court!!!
Call me an old hippy but I'm a firm believer in karma (except when I get pushed!) so getting shirty was the last thing on my mind. There was one guy who came into the court reception and after waiting no more than 15 seconds for someone started "for !!!!s sake" whilst drumming his fingers on the counter. He then turned, seen me, and sat down :D Treat others how you expect to be treated yourself I say ( I can say that not being able to give credit )
thanks for the update & really pleased all went well for you (apart from the hour!)

Thank you philnicandamy. I'm pleased it was so much easier than I'd expected!

Well done pro glad it was fairly smooth. Whats an hours wait when you are debt free:D
TBO that's another reason I couldn't even bring a crease to my forehead when being told I'd sat there for no reason. £15K an hour  Show me the way :D

    Well done Prodisc, Congrats
Thanks. I'll be sure to keep you all updated as time goes and things develop. I may not have an interview with the OR as their office is on mainland UK and I'm on one of our islands. The OR I spoke to on the phone stated this possibility so fingers crossed I won't have to take a ferry journey

Indeed I am, but the deed will be 3 month-ends away due to things I need to save and do first. But it is stories like yours that will keep me going :D
