Just spotted this via another web site. I've copied this from the Ryanair website. The blurb was under a heading for Glasgow but if you scroll down & click on the other airports it tells you which routes qualify from them as well.

Booking Period:Fri 16th May 08 - Mon 19th May 08
Travel Period:Fri 30th May 08 - Fri 31st Oct 08
Applicable Days:Mon - Thurs & Sat (subject to availability)
Tues/Wed only July/Aug (subject to availability)
Flight must be purchased:14 Days in advance
Notes on this fare: All Holidays, School Breaks and Major Sporting Events are excluded from this offer
