If you woul dprefer not to have item colelcted thne politely say no, you dictate the terms not your buyer.

Did you list it at 4.99 because you think that's how much it's worth? Or are you expecting it to bid up a lot.
If the person lives on the same street seems pointless posting it, and it may encourage the person to pay more for the item.
Might even be worthwhile seeing if they'll buy outside of ebay?
Why on earth would they do that if they have already won it at £4.99 ?0 -
