Hi
I have had a loan with a Car Finance company for 4 years and have always made the payments but on some occasions due to myself and my husband being now longer able to work the payments have been late.
I am now in a position (thanks to a generous relative) to pay the balance of the loan.
The charges have all been for £25 each. is it possible to claim these back as unfair similar to bank charges. If so does anyone know how I would go about it please.
